  • Did you develop your product without proper user research and are you struggling to fix it?
  • Ready to turn your product vision into a reality?
  • If you had the right team to collaborate with, what digital product would you create?

Submit your product development challenges, issues, or ideas in advance, and with the help of our expert panel we will discuss potential solutions during the workshop. Whether you're struggling with user research, outsourcing, or overcoming common development obstacles, you’ll get valuable insights and guidance to help you achieve success.

What others have said

What is the is the most efficient and effective way (in terms of time, money and resources) to deploy a micro SaaS solution for an MVP?
How can we market our digital products online without a physical product to showcase?
How can early-stage founders get meaningful user feedback on their prototypes without an established user base? Without a pre-existing user group, gathering genuine feedback on a prototype can be challenging. Real user insights are essential for refining a product and ensuring it meets user needs, but finding engaged users in the early stages can be a major hurdle. What are some effective strategies for reaching users and collecting valuable feedback?
How can non-technical founders effectively identify and hire the right engineers for their startups? Struggling with this challange often leads to delays, cost overruns, and even failed projects. Given the high stakes—time, money, and the founder’s vision—what strategies and safeguards can help non-technical founders avoid costly missteps in hiring and managing engineering talent?
How can we quickly build a functional, visually appealing prototype under time constraints? What are the best tools or frameworks to create a fast, cohesive prototype? What are some tips for prioritizing key features and avoiding over-polishing during rapid prototyping?
I struggle with the time need for development. I always think it should be quicker to reach the end point than what it is in reality. How can we improve communication regarding the reality of development time?
Not all outsourced development teams are the same. Many people have been 'burned' in the past. What type of advice would you give an early stage start-up to help them review an outsource dev company before engaging them?
Software development is a major investment for any company. Ultimately, you will need a return on that investment, For a start-up, that will be customers and/or revenue. To be able to drive revenue from the product, you will need to be able to invest enough in the software for it to deliver quality. Start-up should be realistic about the cost of software development. An outsourced team will bring multiple skillsets that a sole in-house employee is unlikely to match.
In my experience overlooking technical debt and not including it in your roadmap planning from the outset can cause development timelines to slip. Technical debt needs to be addressed proactively rather than becoming a bottleneck.
